RACHEL KNOLL

Rachel Knoll’s directing style is defined by its emphasis on realizing emotionally compelling and innovative ways to capture stories.

Rachel comes from an arts background, graduating from The Royal College of Arts, followed by time spent at ad agencies, production companies, and post houses. She developed a multi-faceted understanding of production, while living and working in the UK, US, Canada, and Switzerland. An innate curiosity combined with her relaxed nature enables her to respond well under pressure and achieve successful results.

Her shorts have played at film festivals around the world, featured by Vimeo, Booooooom, WIRED, Vice, Nobudge, and she was recently 1 of 32 directors highlighted in in SHOOT Magazine’s 2020 New Directors Showcase.
